When Kenny and Adam started the company that became 12twenty, the goal was simple: help students negotiate fair salaries. But it quickly became clear that salaries were just the tip of the iceberg. Students, universities, and employers were largely flying blind through the entire hiring process, leaving massive gaps in efficiency and equity.
From there, a bigger vision took shape — to empower universities and employers with the tools and data they need to make better career connections, creating a more efficient and equitable hiring process for all.
